Coaching, training and the relationships with riders is the key to success.

At Team SBHub we offer a mix of training that ensures riders are able to maximise their potential. This involves:

  • Track Training
  • Partnership with Burnley College for Fitness testing
  • Holmes Cycling 1:1 coaching with Roy Holmes
  • MT3 Fitness cor and conditioning training
  • SBHub Training weekends
  • Individual coaches with particular strengths in a range of disciplines
